We offer multiple levels of treatment options.
At Palm Coast Treatment Solutions, we are aware that everyone progresses through recovery following a timeframe that is most suitable for the individual. Before admitting into PCRC our Admission Counselor will help compile any prior medical and clinical information on the client. Upon entering PCRC each client will meet with a highly trained professional for an in-depth assessment. After the intake assessment is complete, our team will meet and review all the information and begin to build an individualized treatment plan.
Partial Hospitalization Program
A Partial Hospitalization Program refers to a comprehensive, short-term, intensive, clinical treatment program. Partial Hospitalization Program is a step below inpatient but more comprehensive than traditional outpatient care. A highly structured environment allows us to work closely with clients as they transition away from drugs and alcohol. The added structure also helps our clients begin to explore and learn about the array of methods used to combat addictive behavior. We recommend this level of care for our clients who have completed a detox protocol and are still in need of the structure, and continued support without active 24-hour care.
Intensive Outpatient Program
An Intensive Outpatient Program is a primary treatment program recommended in most circumstances as a step down from PHP. A clinical and medical assessment will be completed to determine the most appropriate level of care for you. IOP can also enable clients to continue their recovery therapies following a successful detox and possibly PHP, on a part-time yet intensive schedule, designed to accommodate work and family life. Individuals who are participating in IOP will be actively participating in helping to create their individualized recovery plan. As we begin to evaluate and implement tools learned at PCRC, recovery goals will be established. PCRC concentrates on helping the individual to develop new habits and coping skills that will help sustain long-term remission from chemical dependence.
Outpatient Program
Outpatient Programming is designed for clients who have completed our Intensive Outpatient Program. This level of care has a strong focus on relapse prevention. It is our experience that to understand relapse, we have to be aware of the warning signs. In our Outpatient Program, clients will focus on individualized relapse prevention plans so they are prepared to identify the red flags immediately and maintain their newfound sobriety. Palm Coast Treatment Solutions Outpatient Program tends to cost less than residential or inpatient treatment, and it may be more suitable for those unable to take extended absences from work or personal obligations.
Aftercare
Aftercare, also known as continuing care, is a stage that occurs after the completion of a treatment program. During this stage, clients no longer require the level of services provided during inpatient treatment and are generally able to function in the “real world” with a strong aftercare/discharge plan, community engagement, and limited interaction with professionals.
